Alnmaritec has a procedure for the control of all documentation generated by:

  • Alnmaritec
  • Customer
  • Certification Authority
  • Suppliers & Subcontractors

This procedure allows for a standardisation in document handling and management, reducing inefficiency and providing a consistent and auditable process. Alnmaritec appoint a project Document Controller who is responsible for the control, efficient flow and distribution of the project deliverables and all other correspondence that follows a recognised formal receipt and submittal procedure.

A Master Document Register lists the documents to be prepared by Alnmaritec that are specific for the project. The Master Document Register is a ‘live’ document and any change made during the course of the Project affecting project deliverables are clearly documented. The Master Document Register includes all plans, procedures, schedule and specific project drawings.
